Color

Color by Colors are assigned from the administration interface in Core, by Type.
If objects of a Core color assigned Type have a specific color, they will get the same color in Viewer.
If objects of a Core color assigned Type have no color, they will either get no color or a randomized color in Viewer, according to Core admin settings.
Objects of types with no color assigned at all in Core will be completely randomized.

Highlight special reservations Highlights special reservation like mandatory classes or exams.

Visible information Previously named Visible columns. Select and reorder which information you want to show on reservations.

Type: Type name (eng)

Show additional reservations On top of normal reservations, it's possible to show additional type of resevations.

My reservations Shows reservations i have personally made.

Info reservations Shows e.g. holidays and special days.

Reservation information

Include searched object Shows the objects you searched for in the reservation.

Show time Shows start and end time on the reservation.

General page layout This setting affects how reservations are generally shown:
Date view: shows reservations day by day, the most common overview.
Weekday view: shows all reservations for the timeframe selected, grouped by weekday.
Weekly view: shows reservations grouped by week.
Monthly view: shows reservations grouped by month.
Yearly view: shows reservation grouped by year.

Hide empty weeks Hides weeks that have no reservations at all.

Lined

Show clock Shows the time in the lower left corner of the page.

One schedule for every searched item Creates a separate schedule for every item selected in the search phase.

Row header Determines what will show as rows in the schedule.
Hours is the most common setting, it shows hours.
Searched items shows only the objects searched for, even without reservations.
Types shows all objects for that type, but only if they have some reservations.

Column header Determines what will show as columns in the schedule.
Dates, weekdays, weeknumbers are shown based on the General page layout, but is possible to add:
Searched items, if hours are selected as row header or weekdays, weeknumber, dates when Types and Searched items are selected as rows.

Fit width to screen Previously named One week per row.
When selected, adjusts the width to the screen and the setting Column width is not used.
Shows up to 5 columns if Monday - Friday is selected and up to 7 if Monday - Sunday is selected in Weekdays range setting.

Horizontal scroll Horizontal scroll in schedule.

Show weeks Show weeks. Horizontal scroll in schedule.

Re-arrange reservations Re-arrange reservations in a column based on the alpabethical order of the items's name.

Max number of columns Max number of columns before overlapping reservation are show ontop of each other.

Show Saturday & Sunday if there are reservations Show only reservations within the weekdays

Expand to full weeks Shows the full week even when only part of the week is selected.

Time frame Determines between what times reservations will be shown.
